Head of Marketplaces (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Marketplaces to lead our Amazon and marketplace business as a profit center, scale it through data-driven decisions, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing Amazon and international marketplaces
• Proven leadership experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Deep understanding of Amazon (1P/3P, FBA/FBM, advertising, SEO, algorithm dynamics)
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance KPIs
• Experience in budget ownership and performance optimization
• Structured, entrepreneurial, and hands-on working style
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
