Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Canandaigua, NY location. The ideal candidate has a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Service Technician.

Requirements

• Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
