Job Description
Isar Aerospace is seeking a Controls & Automation Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the control system of their Isar rocket engine test facility. The role involves both software and hardware engineering, working closely with the Isar Munich control systems team. The engineer will be involved in both the facility tests and future projects, contributing to both development of new systems and operation of the facility.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in automation and PLC technology
- Fluent in English
- Experience in PLC programming (soft-PLC) and commissioning (Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 or CODESYS)
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting in the field
- Knowledge about fieldbus systems
