Job Description
The Director of Group Accounting is responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and transparency of all group financial reporting. This includes managing consolidation, driving accounting governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a key financial counterpart to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Group Accounting, Audit, or related fields
- Preferably certified as CPA, tax advisor, or auditor
- Deep expertise in HGB and IFRS
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA experience, including design/implementation
- Strong leadership, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German
