Launch Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Launch Operations Engineer, you'll join the team in Germany that shapes how our missions come to life. You'll support in coordinating and preparing launch and stage acceptance campaigns end‐to‐end, ensuring full launch system readiness. You'll work directly with the test or launch director to set and improve the operational envelope before the rocket reaches the pad.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the space sector or a comparable high‐stakes environment
• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline
• System-level technical understanding of launch vehicles and their subsystems
• Demonstrated autonomy and a solution-oriented mindset
