The Measurement Technician will be responsible for executing test, special, component and production tool verifications for conformity with construction documents, and performing maintenance and calibration work on production tools. The role involves geometry inspection, documentation, data preparation, creation of measurement programs, CMM machine maintenance, and visual inspection.
Requirements
- Mechanical education, e.g. industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or similar knowledge
- Further education to master or technician with experience in QA as a measuring technician
- Experience in handling CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
- 3+ years of professional experience with CMM
- Fundamental knowledge of QS processes in a production environment
- Good knowledge of Calypso and Polyworks software
- Ability to effective cooperation in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
