Responsible for managing field installation and field personnel on the execution of a project or assignment. Leads coordination with operations teams as well as the customer’s field staff. Supports the regional leadership team to implement the company’s vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction experience
- High School diploma or equivalent industry experience
- Graduate of an ISEC or other leadership training program
- Certification - Forklift, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of ISEC products, services, processes and projects
- Ability to install all ISEC products
- Advanced understanding of contract documents
- Excellent interpersonal skills (conflict resolution, negotiations, etc.)
- Strong relationships building skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite
