Job Description
The Division 8 Detailer is responsible for producing accurate, extremely detailed, and time-sensitive submittals, change order proposals, as well as material orders for large-capital commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- Read and interpret contract documents
- Capture all pertinent scope changes and maintain project's financials
- Maximize buyout opportunities via suggestion of alternate products
- Apply DFH knowledge of codes and standards
- Prepare detailed submittals, shop drawings and product data
- Maintain constant and effective communication/collaboration with the DFH Estimators and Project Team
- Generate RFIs and clarifications
