The Procurement Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating the supply chain for customers, making purchasing decisions, negotiating with suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, E-Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing or related field
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Solid grasp of MS Office/ERP
- CPSM or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience with procurement/purchasing regarding MRO products preferred
