Organizational Change Management Lead for Sourcing – Contractor /1099

We're looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can confidently guide clients through the unique challenges of sourcing-related change. You'll partner closely with colleagues in sourcing advisory and client executive teams to deliver high-quality OCM strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans that keep employees informed, supported, and engaged.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting or professional services
• Significant experience in OCM planning and execution for large-scale transformations, with at least some exposure to sourcing, outsourcing, or vendor transitions
• Strong grasp of stakeholder engagement, change communications, impact analysis, and readiness planning
• Ability to write clearly and persuasively for executive audiences and to translate complex concepts into practical plans and materials
• Confidence facilitating client sessions and advising senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs quickly
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate OCM work into broader sourcing advisory efforts
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
