Job Description
The Lead Analyst will play a central role in driving ISG’s custom research engagements across ITO, BPO, and emerging technology themes, requiring a well-rounded generalist who can operate with depth across multiple domains, engage credibly with senior stakeholders, and translate ambiguous client needs into structured, high-impact research outputs.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in research, consulting, or market intelligence across technology services
- Strong exposure to ITO/BPO ecosystems, outsourcing trends, and service provider landscape
- Experience with primary + secondary research, including expert interviews and survey-based studies
- Familiarity with research databases (e.g., CapitalIQ, Factiva, etc.)
- Strong analytical toolkit—Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation
- Proven ability to manage multiple short- and long-duration projects simultaneously
