ISG is a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm seeking a Lead Analyst with expertise in AI and Analytics to own provider lens benchmarks and buyer type reports. The successful candidate will have significant ITO or BPO research experience and knowledge about outsourcing industry.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in outsourcing, Technology and IT
- Strong understanding of technology
- Experience working on databases like Hoovers, Factiva etc.
- Advanced Excel skills and power-point skills
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data to identify relevant findings
