Job Description
Join ISG Technology as an Account Executive to drive sales, manage client relationships, and grow existing accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing world-class support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. A proven track record of expanding accounts with a focus on hardware/software sales in the Kansas City metro area and Missouri is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, required
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales typically gained over 5+ years
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, preferred
- Experience with consultative selling, account growth, and customer retention strategies
