Job Description
Island Health is offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for an experienced Surgical Services Registered Nurse for our Day Shift at our hospital in Anacortes, WA. The position offers a salary range of $37.64 - $71.35 and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a vested retirement contribution.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- Previous inter-operative experience required (preferably 2 years or more)
