This position ensures smooth functioning of ISlide marketing, managing marketing channels, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with teams to achieve e-commerce sales targets.
Requirements
- Manage the company’s marketing channels, including the company website, social media, advertising, and email
- Design and organize creative marketing campaigns through maintaining a calendar and ensuring timely execution of content and graphics
- Collaborate with the company’s Team, Licensing, and Brand sales divisions
- Lead organization of creative marketing materials for social media, website, ad, email content, and all other customer-facing media
- Achieve revenue goals on ISlide’s e-commerce website by drawing customers to the website and ensuring a positive experience once they arrive
- Increase Lifetime Value of e-commerce customers by creating relationships with customers, developing programs for loyal ISlide customers, and assisting in customer service
- Develop and successfully lead the company’s video, photo, and design content generation
- Assist with product launches as the marketing component of the go-to-market strategy
- Create and manage campaigns across all marketing channels monthly, quarterly, and annually based on global and company trends in the footwear market
- Create and manage collaborations with athletes, celebrities, and influencers in support of the company’s mission
- Manage marketing interns
- Present to and influence all levels of the organization as a direct report of the CEO
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
