Job Description
ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for a Human Resource Manager position for Viking Ocean Cruises. The Human Resource Manager will manage and control the strategic implementation of shipboard HR processes and procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar position
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Ship experience on the same position is mandatory
- Strong administration skills and proficiency with PC-based databases, spread sheets, and word processing systems
