Job Description
ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor position on board Virgin Voyages. The successful candidate will provide an epic experience for guests, maintain knowledge of service items, and supervise restaurant teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Restaurant/Lido Supervisor or Head Waiter onboard a Cruise ship or 4/5 star hotel/resort or restaurant
- Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile
- All certificates as required by the STCW code for this position
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Minimum 21 years old
