Job Description
iSoftStone is seeking an E-Commerce/IT Operations Support Associate (Freelance) to join their team in Seoul, South Korea. The successful candidate will provide system and operational process support for e-commerce backend systems and serve as an IT point of contact for Korea business teams and 3rd party vendor teams.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce web applications and overall e-commerce platform architecture for front and backend
- Previous experience in supporting e-commerce systems
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues
- Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
- Native/Fluency in Korean, business-level English
