Job Description
The R&D Chemist will perform R&D projects, conduct literature reviews, manage product development, and collaborate with manufacturing personnel to drive insights and accelerate projects.
Requirements
- PhD/ Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, or Materials Science or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience in polymers, thermosets, coatings, or composite materials
- Knowledge and/or experience in material property and performance characterization using mechanical, physical, electrical and chemical testing/analysis
- Demonstrated experience in applying statistical techniques to evaluate data and make decisions, with the ability to problem solve using a scientific yet practical approach
