Chemistry Lead (Induced Proximity), London, Lausanne

Isomorphic Labs is applying frontier AI to help unlock deeper scientific insights, faster breakthroughs, and life-changing medicines with an ambition to solve all disease. The company is looking for a Chemistry Lead to deliver the development and application of a state-of-the-art induced proximity design platform, applying our platform in novel ways, and critically driving portfolio projects towards the clinic.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ professional experience in a Chemistry role, either operating within a biotech or pharma setting, or within a Post Doc position
• Practical experience in the design and synthesis of chemical inducers of proximity/molecular glues
• Broad knowledge of current chemical biology techniques
• Experience of coding in Python, or a willingness to learn in-role
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment
• A track record of creative problem solving with a strong growth mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new concepts and techniques
