DMPK Lead, London, Lausanne

Isomorphic Labs is looking for a DMPK Lead to drive the DMPK strategy of drug discovery projects and contribute to the optimization of state-of-the-art computational and AI ADME models. The role involves designing and implementing stage-appropriate DMPK strategies, integrating quantitative pharmacology and overall project strategies, and maintaining knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and methods.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a relevant subject
• 3+ years' professional experience as a DMPK Lead
• Practical experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages
• In-depth knowledge of biotransformation, PK modelling, and scaling of ADME properties
