Head of Clinical Sciences

We are seeking an experienced Head of Clinical Sciences to lead our clinical programs from first in human (FIH) to proof-of-concept to registration. The role will be responsible for ensuring clinical programs are aligned with corporate objectives, strategically designed, and deliver decision-ready data. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in small to mid-sized startup environments and deep expertise in oncology or inflammation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Proven track record in small to mid-sized startup environments
• Deep expertise in oncology or inflammation
• Strategic ability to interpret complex, ambiguous datasets
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced matrixed environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience leading successful regulatory filings
• Knowledge of industry trends and technologies
