The Learning Support Assistant plays a crucial role in providing tailored support for students who require additional assistance beyond the classroom setting. This position focuses on running small group teaching sessions that aim to enhance learning, foster independence, and build confidence among students.
Plan and deliver targeted learning sessions for small groups of students, assist in preparing and adapting learning materials, and provide learning support in Arabic for Secondary students.
This role requires a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to student support, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
