USA - Boarding Agent, Maritime Ship Agent

The Boarding Agent, Maritime Ship Agent is responsible for providing logistics services to Principals to ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of vessels. The role involves managing vessel requirements, procurement of vendor services, and undertaking vessel boarding. The Operations Representative will work independently with limited supervision, multitasking and possessing strong initiative and judgment. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of Port Operations and Port Agency services
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, multitask and possess strong initiative, exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong verbal and listening skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
