The Client Success Associate role provides client service and relationship management to Australia-based clients across the wealth management market. The role involves managing post-sales onboarding, product training, and client engagement to ensure maximum client renewal.
Requirements
- Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, relationship management, client retention and service for Rainmaker/ISS MI products.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with assigned accounts and with existing and potential Rainmaker/ISS MI clients.
- Become a product expert and provide ongoing training and support to Rainmaker clients, proactively and for inbound queries.
- Work closely with development, data operations, research and marketing teams to provide client feedback for product enhancements.
- Assist the Head of Client Success and Account Management team with the client engagement, retention and renewal strategy for Rainmaker research and product clients.
- Assist Technical Sales team with identifying sales opportunities, client prospecting, upsell opportunities and cross-product solutions.
- Assist Account Management team to manage client renewal pipeline and retention targets in Salesforce.
- Provide operational support, monitoring product usage and assist with client reporting.
