Junior Data Analyst (Global Meeting Services – Americas)

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Global Meeting Services (GMS) team. The team provides data support and services across markets worldwide, including corporate action events, shareholder meetings, and voting instructions. The Junior Data Analyst will monitor corporate action events, gather relevant information, and accurately enter data into the database.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Understanding corporate governance, corporate transactions, and capital markets is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and similar technologies is a plus.
