Marketing Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations team and help drive effective lead management, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Provide daily operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams to enable successful outbound lead generation.
• Serve as a control point for accurate data entry and proper lead routing across systems.
• Maintain and regularly refresh reporting dashboards; prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Business Development team to identify and source new lead opportunities.
• Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot development teams to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot system issues.
