Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and replace technical devices (gas, water, smoke alarms) in compliance with quality standards. This role involves customer complaint processing, digital documentation, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position offers attractive gross salary and various training opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in a workshop or technical trade (e.g., plumbing, heating, climate, electrician, building engineer, mechanics, ZFH-mechanic)
Strong service and customer orientation skills
Driver's license class B or class 3
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
