Installation, maintenance and replacement of measuring devices, processing of customer complaints, digital documentation of orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Accompany a service technician in their work.

Requirements

• Experience in a skilled/technical profession (e.g. heating and ventilation technician, electrician, janitor, facilities technician, industrial mechanic, plant builder, building services technician, customer service technician, service technician, installer, vehicle mechatronics technician)
• Class B or Class 3 driving license
• Distinctive service and customer orientation
