Job Description
Esta Express Service GmbH is seeking a motivated Service Technician (m/f/d) with experience in manual or technical trade. The role involves installing and maintaining measuring devices, processing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Installation, maintenance and replacement of measuring devices (smoke alarms, building energy distributor, water meter)
- Processing of customer complaints
- Digital documentation of orders for implementation (tablet)
- Driving class B or class 3
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Experience in a manual/technical trade (building engineer, plumber, etc.)
