Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator to support the recruitment process for Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). The role involves screening CVs, conducting pre-interviews, verifying candidate qualifications, and following up with applicants on required documentation. The ideal candidate will have fluency in professional English communication, a friendly phone manner, and experience in recruitment support or coordination, preferably in healthcare or ABA therapy.
