The ideal candidate has technical training, further education, and several years of professional experience in design, preferably in SolidWorks. They should have knowledge of electrical engineering and excellent communication skills.

- Completed technical training
- Further education to technician or study
- Several years of professional experience in design
- In-depth knowledge of 3D CAD systems
