Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging and millwright work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to rigging and millwright work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
