Job Description
Customer Service Officer responsible for receiving customer calls and answering queries related to after-sales service. Operating computer, handling customer inquiries, and inputting related customer inquiry data. Assisting in maintaining the operation of the customer service department.
Requirements
- Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or above
- Fluent in Cantonese and general English
- Basic computer operation skills, including typing in Chinese and English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
