Job Description
Network Support/Helpdesk position requires strong knowledge of IT products and good customer and vendor handling skills.
Requirements
- Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
- Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent
- Over 2-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway, Windows server and software distribution systems
