Job Description
ITC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the Foreign Military Sales Logistics Sustainment Services Contract supporting NAVAIR. The PM will manage multiple task orders, subcontractors, and employees, and lead daily customer and program team interactions to ensure expectations are consistently met. The role requires a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline.
Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- 10+ years of experience and a Master’s Degree or 14+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline
- Progressive experience managing increasingly larger and/or complex DoD programs as a contractor
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARs), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requirements
