Job Description
A global professional services and technology consulting firm is looking for a Backend Go Lead Engineer to lead delivery teams building cloud-native backend services. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Go (Golang)
- Experience building and leading microservices-based systems
- API development experience (REST, gRPC)
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong English communication skills
