Job Description
The Director of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of the IT department, defining and executing a forward-looking technology strategy, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience with 10+ years in Microsoft technology environments.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in IT leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, virtualization, networking, and database technologies.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, NAC, Conditional Access, and firewalls.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
