Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or equivalent
- Proven project management skills with experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong network knowledge: routing protocols, WAN, SDWAN, proxy, DNS, multiple-level CISCO switches (HUAWEI products are a must), firewalls (Fortigate and Palo Alto)
- Experience in a multinational environment with complex organizations
- Customer-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and service improvement
- Experience setting up local infrastructure, including server rooms
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Understanding of GDPR and Chinese security standards (CSL, MLPS, CBDT, etc.)
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment
