SOC Analyst

ITDM GROUP is a Hybrid Cloud Integrator looking for a motivated and competent SOC Analyst to join their security operations team in Naples, Italy. The role involves real-time monitoring of security events, detection and response to security incidents, and collaboration with other IT teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a SOC analyst, security analyst, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of security monitoring technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, etc.)
• Familiarity with major network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.)
• Experience in log analysis and security incident management
• Basic knowledge of attack techniques (phishing, malware, DDoS, etc.) and security countermeasures
• Good problem-solving and analysis skills
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and make quick decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Certifications related to the Cyber Security area
