Job Description
ITDM GROUP is a Hybrid Cloud Integrator seeking a System Administrator & Storage Operator with experience in managing data centers, storage technologies, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in storage products, installation, administration, and maintenance, as well as good communication skills with vendors. The role involves hardware storage system management, monitoring, capacity and performance management, and problem management.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge of management principles of major operating systems and Storage technologies
- Experience in managing a Data Center with good communication skills with vendors for HW and SW maintenance interventions
- Knowledge of installation, administration, and maintenance of storage products (DellEMC, Netapp, Hitachi, Huawei, EMC XtremI, EMC Unity300/400, EMC Symmetrix, Linux, Windows, Vmware)
- Good knowledge of monitoring environments, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, tuning capabilities
- Ability to organize patching and firmware update activities
- High knowledge of System Management processes using trouble ticketing products
- Possession of certifications is considered an important element
- Availability to provide service in a call-back regime
- Good knowledge of networking
