Investment Associate Role - London (2026)

ITE Management is looking for an investment associate to join its Investment team in London, working on a broad range of high-profile transactions in the transportation space.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in private equity, infrastructure or credit investing, and/or investment banking.
• Familiarity with the transportation sector is a plus.
• Strong academic record with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Rigorous attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and the ability to think critically.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• An interest in transportation, real assets and long-term fundamental investing.
• Proficiency in English. Fluency in another European language (e.g. French, German or Italian) is a plus.
