Job Description
iTech AG is looking for a Business Analyst to be responsible for business process reengineering, gathering requirements, and delivering ideas and recommendations to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle times, and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with customers or end users to gather requirements and document issues
- 3+ years of experience gathering and creating Business Requirements, Lean Business Cases, and Functional Requirement documents
- 2+ years of experience mapping business processes (BPMN)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
