Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in-house lab development and demos, and one or more federal contracts. The Technical Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, as well as experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions on the platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions
- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM/EAM implementations as an Architect
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation
- Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions either Built On or Built with offerings on the platform
- Working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and nuances
- Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship status
