Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and onboard fitness instructors to our platform. The role involves pitching the value proposition of our mobile app, conducting onboarding and demos, and maintaining relationships with onboarded instructors.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Passion for fitness and familiarity with the challenges faced by independent instructors or small fitness studios
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday.com) is a plus
