Investment Manager

iTech Capital is looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their investment team. The role involves all levels of the investment business, from deal-sourcing to due diligence, research, negotiation, and management of existing portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials with a BSc degree or higher in Finance / Economics / Business or Applied Math / Technology
• At least 2-3 years related experience
• Highly analytical with advanced knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong grasp of VC/PE mechanics
• Ability to draft term sheets and a solid understanding of deal mechanics
• Self-driven attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to write and communicate clearly
• Fluent English
• CFA or CAIA certification preferred
