Job Description
Itential is looking for a Network Automation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building solutions using Itential software and other industry standard automation techniques such as Ansible Playbooks and Python scripting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years in Network Automation
- Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH, Git, and Pipelines
- Understanding of network devices and configurations across firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers, etc. (e.g., Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Arista)
- Familiarity with infrastructure and change management platforms such as Infoblox, NetBox, and ServiceNow
