Director, Accounting

Iterative Health is seeking a Director of Accounting to manage the accounting team, oversee the monthly financial close process, and drive the integration and optimization of our NetSuite system. The role will play a critical part in building and scaling the company's accounting department, with a focus on strategic accounting leadership and compliance with GAAP.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years at a Big 4 accounting firm
• Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Director of Accounting
• Experience managing an accounting team
• Deep knowledge of corporate accounting best practices including an advanced level understanding of revenue recognition rules
• Excellent interpersonal skill, able to clearly and consistently communicate with senior leaders of the company
• Skilled at enforcing budgets and maintaining tight financial controls across business units, products, and subsidiaries
