Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries
- Experience supporting a highly distributed, growing multi-site location network
- Strong business acumen
- Proven ability to communicate and influence senior leaders
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy
- Data-driven, analytical mindset
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
