ACADEMIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

This on-campus position plays a key role in advancing the work of the Office of the Provost by coordinating programs and committees that shape academic and institutional priorities. The role contributes to the effectiveness of academic governance and strategic initiatives by facilitating essential processes, developing and managing communications, organizing and participating in meetings, and maintaining accurate and accessible records that support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two years of professional office experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications
• Ability to multi-task and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
